The RFP has been terminated due to insufficient bid submissions.
This Request for Proposals is issued by the Corporation of the County of Peterborough (the “County”) for services herein for the Township of Cavan Monaghan. Wherein refers to “County” shall mean “Township” throughout.
The Township of Cavan Monaghan invites proposals from qualified proponents interested in providing consulting and design services for the land development and needs assessment for the remaining lands at the Cavan Monaghan Community Centre and the existing Millbrook Arena. The Township is looking for a strategy to provide a comprehensive review and design for future use of the designated lands and to provide recommendations regarding the location, size, development design and proposed future recreation and leisure usage for each location.
The requirements for responses to this Request for Proposal (RFP) are described in this document. The proposal must meet all of the requirements outlined. The Township, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to refuse any proposal and to re-issue this RFP.
The Township reserves the right not to accept any proposal and to select individual items specified in the scope of work.
