The County of Peterborough (the “County”) requires the services of a professional engineering firm to provide the services of a qualified structural engineer(s) to conduct and document the biennial structure inspections of identified County structures (including bridges, specified culverts and retaining walls), all in accordance with the requirements of the Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act and the Ontario Structure Inspection Manual (OSIM). |
