This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is issued by the Corporation of the County of Peterborough (the “County”) on behalf of the Eastern Ontario Wardens’ Caucus (EOWC) for the provision of an Eastern Ontario Economic Transformation Action Plan (Part A) and Branding Initiative (Provisional Part B).

Where references are made to “County” herein, they shall be interpreted to be “EOWC”.

More detailed requirements are set out in Part 5 Specifications Schedule.
