This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by the Corporation of the County of Peterborough (the “County”) to prospective bidders to submit quotes for the Supply of Lawn Cutting and Trimming Services at various locations (Millbrook, Havelock, and Scenic River Road Trail) within the County and services to maintain the Peterborough County Gateway Sign on Highway 115. Bidders have the option to bid on each individual location (Millbrook, Havelock, Scenic River Road Trail, and Peterborough County Gateway Sign on Highway 115) or all locations. If bidding on Millbrook location, bidders must provide pricing for Pricing Schedule 1. If bidding on the Havelock location, bidders must provide pricing for Pricing Schedule 2. If bidding on the Scenic River Road Trail, bidders must provide pricing for Pricing Schedule 3. If bidding on the Peterborough County Gateway Sign on Highway 115, bidders must provide pricing for Pricing Schedule 4. If bidding on all four locations, bidders must provide pricing for Pricing Schedule 1 through 4. More detailed requirements are set out in Part 5, Specifications Schedule. |
