This Request for Proposals is issued by the County (on behalf of both the County and the Township of Cavan Monaghan) for the provision of a Municipal Class Environmental Assessment (MCEA), update to County Road 10 Corridor traffic model, preparation of an Environmental Study Report (ESR) and preliminary design of corridor/intersection improvements, from the west intersection of County Road 10 and County Road 21 to approximately 500 m south of Larmer line (inclusive). This project is a partnership between The County of Peterborough (the County) and the Township of Cavan Monaghan (the Township). All contractual elements, including invoicing, shall be conducted through the County. Where this RFP refers to the County, to reference the project owner, it shall be taken to mean the County and Township, alike.
