The Corporation of the County of Peterborough (the “County”), and the Township of Asphodel-Norwood, the Township of Cavan Monaghan, the Township of Douro-Dummer, the Township of Otonabee-South Monaghan, the Township of Selwyn and the Municipalities of Trent Lakes (the participating “Townships”) are requesting proposal submissions from qualified consulting firms to undertake a review and analysis of Non-Union Staff and/or Council compensation. The successful Bidder for this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) will enter into separate agreements for Compensation Review Services (either staff, Council, or both) with the County and the participating Townships. |
