This Negotiable Request for Proposals (the “NRFP”) is issued by the Corporation of the County of Peterborough (the “County”) and the Corporation of the City of Kawartha Lakes (the “City”) for the provision of curbside and depot recycling collection and processing services for non-eligible sources and convenience depots. More detailed requirements are set out in Part 5 Specifications Schedule. This is a Negotiable RFP. It is conceivable that these events will not occur due to the discretion of the County and/or any proponent to not proceed, as there is no legally binding obligation on the County or any Proponent to proceed. See Section 2 (Not a Tender, No “Contract A”/ “Contract B”). |
