This Negotiable Request for Proposals (the “NRFP”) is issued by the Corporation of the County of Peterborough (the “County”) for the provision of Supply of Winter Maintenance Services in Buckhorn and surrounding areas. The ability to provide these services effectively and efficiently is paramount, and such ability shall be demonstrated to the County through the submission of a proposal. The proposal shall address key components of providing such services including but not limited to; Corporate Overview, Understanding the Scope, Experience, Qualifications, Appropriate Equipment, in providing similar services. More detailed requirements are set out in Part 5 Specifications Schedule. This is a Negotiable RFP. It is conceivable that these events will not occur due to the discretion of the County and/or any proponent not to proceed, as there is no legally binding obligation on the County or any Proponent to proceed. See Section 2 (Not a Tender, No “Contract A”/ “Contract B”). |
