This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is issued by the County of Peterborough (the “County”) for the provision of Municipal Parking Enforcement Services in accordance with the County’s Parking Regulation By-law, and any participating lower tier's (the “Townships/Municipalities”) parking regulation by-law, under the City of Peterborough’s (“City”) Administrative Monetary Penalty System (AMPs). The Contractor will be required to perform enforcement duties as required in respect to parking infractions which may not be during a standard workday or hours. It is anticipated that most infractions against the County’s parking by-law take place on weekends and during tourism seasons. |
