This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is issued by the Corporation of the County of Peterborough (the “County”) for the provision of the Supply and Delivery of Two (2) New 2024 Mid-Size, Sport Utility Vehicles. More detailed requirements are set out in Part 5, Specifications Schedule. This is a non-binding RFP. It is conceivable that these events will not occur due to the discretion of the County and/or any proponent to not proceed, as there is no legally binding obligation on the County or any Proponent to proceed. See section 2.4 (Not a Tender, No “Contract A”/ “Contract B”). |
