This Negotiable Request for Proposals (the “NRFP”) is issued by The Corporation of the County of Peterborough (the “County”) for the purpose of selecting a qualified Proponent to supply, manage, and support Microsoft user licensing for the County. The required licensing includes Microsoft 365 E5, Exchange Online Plan 1, and related Exchange security add-on licensing, together with access to a secure self-service portal that enables authorized County staff to add, remove, modify, monitor, and manage licenses as operational requirements change. More detailed requirements are set out in Part 5, Specifications Schedule. This is a Negotiable RFP. It is conceivable that these events will not occur due to the discretion of the County and/or any proponent not to proceed, as there is no legally binding obligation on the County or any Proponent to proceed. See Section 2 (Not a Tender, No “Contract A”/ “Contract B”). |
