The Corporation of the County of Peterborough (the “County”), the Township of Selwyn, the Township of North Kawartha and the Township of Douro-Dummer (the “Townships”) are requesting tender submissions for the installation of Roadside Safety Devices at locations specified on the Form of Tender, all in accordance with the Ontario Provincial Standards and Specifications, on various roads within the County of Peterborough. The Successful Bidder for this Request for Tenders (the “RFT”) will enter into separate agreements for Roadside Safety Devices with each the County and each individual participating Township. Where this RFT refers to the County specifically it is to be understood that the same terms, conditions, and requirements apply to each of the participating Townships. Each Participating Agency will be responsible to ensure appropriate approvals are secured and will be responsible to issue a Purchase Order to the Successful Bidder. Invoices must be sent to the Participating Agency or County identified. All work must be completed no later than Thursday October 31st, 2024. More detailed requirements are set out in Part 5. |
