This Request for Supplier Qualifications (the “RFSQ”) is issued by the Corporation of the County of Peterborough (the “County”) to prospective respondents to qualify in accordance with Evaluation of Responses (Part 4) for eligibility to provide Mechanical Services including but not limited to all labour, materials, equipment, accessories, etc. as required for the replacement of heating and ventilation systems for various County building projects over the three (3) years as further described in Part 5 Specifications.

The County’s Facilities Department is implementing a Mechanical Services Roster system to prequalify qualified contracting companies for future Second Stage Processes (Request for Quotation, Request for Proposal or Request for Tender) for municipal HVAC repair, replacement, maintenance, and mechanical system upgrade projects with approved budget of up to $150,000.00, including potential related engineering, contract administration and inspection services.
