This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is issued by the Corporation of the County of Peterborough (the “County”) in collaboration with the Township of Selwyn and the Township of Douro-Dummer for the provision of a Municipal Class Environmental Assessment (MCEA), update to the Lakefield Road Network traffic model, preparation of an Environmental Study Report (ESR) and the establishment of the proposed alignment for a second crossing over the Otonabee River in the vicinity of the Community of Lakefield. The second crossing should also connect County Road 29 and Highway 28, using existing County or Township Road(s) and/or new proposed road(s). More detailed requirements are set out in Part 5 Specifications Schedule. |
